Your safety has always been our highest priority, as we know you many of you may be concerned about your travel plans and wonder how the flying experience has changed during this challenging time.
As routes slowly open and we take to the skies once more, it’s important you feel reassured and confident about your wellbeing when you book with us. Across our partnership alliance, our suppliers have introduced new biosafety protective measures at every step of your journey, from check in, to arriving at your destination.
Safety procedures include: additional deep cleaning; new initiatives to limit touchpoints and allow for more distance between guests; wellness ambassadors being available 24/7 to answer your questions and share advice; COVID-19 PCR tests being carried out before you fly; refreshed meal service where all prepared food goes through vigorous testing; all team members will wear face masks and personal protective equipment at all times; and wellness kits available on board, including a face mask, gloves, and hand gel.

In the case one of our tour packages cannot go ahead due to COVID-19 regulations, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can to offer you the chance to change your booking to a different package, to arrange a credit note, or a full refund.

We are also legally obliged to advise you to take out adequate travel insurance. Travel insurance is not included ain our packages and it remains your responsibility to purchase travel insurance separately. You must be satisfied that your insurance fully covers all your personal requirements including cancellation charges, medical expenses, pre-existing medical conditions, and repatriation in the event of accident or illness. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, you do so entirely at your own risk and we will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
