By signing up for any of our travel packages, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Pricing & Payment Policies
- All prices quoted for our travel packages are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation. The final price will only be locked in once the booking has been confirmed and full or partial payment has been received, as per the agreed-upon terms.
- Any failure or delay in making the required payment may result in the cancellation or modification of your booking. If your booking is canceled due to non-payment, any applicable fees or penalties will be deducted as per the policies of the service providers.
2. Check-in & Check-out Policies
- Standard hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
- Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability. The hotel has sole discretion in approving such requests, and additional charges may apply, payable directly to the hotel at check-in or check-out.
3. Additional Charges & Incidental Expenses
- Any extra services availed during your stay, including but not limited to room service, minibar usage, laundry, phone calls, or any other chargeable amenities, are solely your responsibility.
- Any damages caused to hotel property during your stay will also be your responsibility, and you are required to settle any outstanding dues directly with the hotel before departure.
4. Our Role as Intermediaries
- We act solely as facilitators between you and various service providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and visa authorities. We do not own, operate, or control these services.
- We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience that may arise due to changes in policies, service disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Flight & Transportation Disruptions
- We are not liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations of flights, train journeys, or other transportation services due to reasons beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions (e.g., storms, heavy snowfall, hurricanes)
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions)
- Political unrest (e.g., strikes, protests, government-imposed travel restrictions)
- Operational issues with airlines or transportation providers (e.g., mechanical failures, staffing shortages, overbookings)
- In case of flight cancellations or rescheduling by the airline, you must directly contact the airline for rebooking or refunds as per their policies.
6. Visa & Passport Requirements
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa and passport requirements necessary for their trip.
- We are not liable for any inconvenience, financial loss, or trip disruptions caused due to:
- Changes in visa policies by the respective country’s immigration authorities.
- Visa rejections or delays in processing.
- Incorrect or incomplete travel documentation provided by the traveler.
- Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the date of your return to the United States. It is your responsibility to verify and comply with this requirement.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- All bookings made under our packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Any deductions or penalties imposed by them will be applied accordingly.
- If a refund is processed, it will be done through the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect in your account.
8. Modifications & Personal Changes to Flight Bookings
- If you choose to make any changes to your flight itinerary (PNR) directly with the airline, we are not responsible for any issues, additional costs, or complications that arise due to such modifications.
- It is advised that all changes be made through us to ensure smooth processing and to avoid discrepancies in your travel plans.
